Who can win the Champions League?

This season there are many teams that are favorites candidates to win the Champions League, in first place is Liverpool that the previous season won it. 

In second place there is Manchester City that all seasons are a candidate to win it, because their team is often in the first places of the competitions they play, is always strong, and the last Champions they didn't pass to semi finals by a miracle of Tottenham. 

And in third place, Ajax, they got until the semi finals the previous Champions League by being disqualifies by a miracle of Tottenham in the last minutes. They are a young team, and have too much potential despite they sold 2 of their best players.
