We are a group of 4 guys who posts the best and trending news about the Champions League! We post everyday, so you get updated about the latest things happening:

Our team is: 

Luca Greco: I like to make posts about the best goals and games of this season. I am a Barça fan, i was born in Cancun, Mexico, but all my family is from Argentina, so i like Messi and River Plate. I make an effort to make the best posts and put the most important information in a brief way.

Jorge Osorio: I like to work as a team because each person can show their talents, attributes and ideas to perform a big achievement. Big minds make big achievements, little minds make normal things. I am a Barça and Pumas fan.

Max Villalpando: I care a lot about the ethical way we discuss and communicate the news and summarize them to the public, i also try to do the most interesting and not boring posts as i can. I just want the public to enjoy our blog.

Tottenham vs Olympiacos

The second match between Tottenham and Olympiacos was played in the North London Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. And if Tottenham didn't want to suffer for qualifying into the knockout stage, they had to win anyways this match.

The match started with a cold water of bucket for Tottenham, because in 19 minutes Olympiacos scored 2 goals to give a surprisingly score of 0-2 at just the start of the match.

The goals of Olympiacos were scored by: El-Arabi at 6´ and Semedo at 19´. 

Then Tottenham came back to the game when Dele scored at the last minutes of the first half to discount for his team. 

At just the first 5 minutes of the second half, Kane scored at 50´ to tie the game and give the fans hope about a comeback. 

The next 30 minutes Tottenham was pressuring for the goal, until minute 73´ when Aurier scored the winning goal for Tottenham, and 4 minutes later at the 77´ Kane scored again to take the win home and 2nd place of the group.

Manchester City taking the Draw

Manchester City vs Shaktar 

Manchester City got first place in his chart after snatching a draw against Shaktar.

Even though it was a really bored game, the both goals were really good.

The goals were from Ilkay Gündogan (minute 56) from Manchester City and from Shaktar Manor Solomon was the one who scored the goal at the minute 69. 

Liverpool in Trouble

How can Liverpool get out of the knockout stage?

With the death group that Liverpool has, they are in problems to qualify to the next knockout stage, because of the group, they need points to get out of problems.

If this results are done, they will be 3rd place of the group:

• If Napoli defeat Genk. 

• If Liverpool lose against Salzburg.

Imagine a Champions knockouts without the actual Champions League winner and also the actual Premier League runner-up, is like having a meal without the dessert.

A Turn Around Match

Valencia vs Chelsea

In one of the matches that

almost never defraud, Chelsea and Valencia played an amazing game on Mestalla (Valencia´s Stadium) this wednesday November 27. 

They were very close in stats, they had the same amount of shots to goal (6), almost the same possession (49% Local/ 51% Away), in passes they were (448/446), and just a little bit less in corners (6/7). The match finished 2-2, and after seeing the stats, this seems true. 

The goals were scored by: Soler at the 40´, then a minute later Kovačić 41´ before the first half finished. Then 5 minutes after the second half started Pulisic  scored at 50´ to take the lead being away, the match calmed down and then Valencia scored at 82´ by Wass, in a tremendous goal that that looked like a try of center.

Future of the 3rd places teams

Teams going to Europa League

The Champions League is full of big surprises and bad spells, one of those are the teams that Europa League to compete for a more regulated prize.

The teams that are most likely to move to the Europa League are the following.

Red Star Belgrade (Serbia)

Club Brugges(Belgium)

Red Bull Salzburg (Austria)

Having at least 3 points difference between the second place, are the most likely to go.

This season, new and very influential faces are being seen for each team, which is causing each team to be at the top of each group.

The Quick Draw

Real Madrid vs PSG

Yesterday two of the top teams o Europe contested in the stadium Santiago Bernabeu (Real Madrid´s Stadium).

It was a very nice game and very intense.

The merengues started winning at the minute 16´ by an incredible goal of the french genius Karim Benzema, they started dominating, all the people were saying that it was a different Madrid, a better one, the first half finished and it still was in favor of Madrid 1-0, but PSG was pressing a lot to tie the game.

Second half started and both of them were very focused on the game, at minute 70´ Benzema scored another goal!! All the Bernabeu was very happy and shouting a lot, but PSG didn't give up, and in less than 3 minutes they scored 2 goals and made a draw, at the 81´ and 83´ minute.

It was an incredible game and a perfect example to never give up.

Bayern with Absolute Control

Bayern vs Tottenham

On an unforgettable night for Bayern fans, and an awful night for Tottenham fans,  Serge Gnabry scored 4 goals out of the 7 Bayern scored, in a massive beating against Tottenham at their new stadium in North London.

The goals came in streaks, the first 2 goals were at       12´ for Tottenham by Son, and at 15´ for  Bayern by Kimmich, then a last minute goal in the first half by Lewandoski to go to the locker room winning. 

Then at 53´ and 55´, Gnabry scored his first 2 goals of the night, after a few minutes, Tottenham scored by a penalty from Kane to make it 2-4. The matched calmed down until minute 83´ were Gnabry made his Hat-Trick and an official demolition, but that wasn't enough for him, because he scored 5 minutes later  at the 88´ minute to make it 2-7 after a goal at 87´ by Lewandoski. 

Spurs were shattered, and they lost their worst match of this season for now.

The Champions League is a competition that everyone want to watch so Xcaret listen to their clients.

You can watch the Champions League games almost in every TV, also sometimes in the theater but its better to watch it in restautants so you can eat while you watch the games.

Inter, one of the strongest teams in Europe, has been the shadow of Barcelona and Dortmund having 2 losses, one win and one draw, having 4 points (3 below the second place) is being seen as a team outside the next phase of the Champions.

In my opinion, if you try hard and get 2 wins and a draw contemplating the points of the other teams, you can qualify, if the opposite happens we can only get a misfortune this year from Inter.

The groups and stats of the Champions are very exciting, looking that many tables fighting to pass to the knockout stage, but other teams already have their place secured for the next group stage.

The teams that have already secured the position are the following teams: PSG, Bayern, M. City and Juventus, because the difference in level between the other teams is large, as well as their point difference since each team, has 5 or more points than the second place of each group.

A miracle would have to happen not to classify.

We have the screens of the restaurants to watch the games and after these go to the beach to enjoy a little victory of your favourite team with the sand.

Manchester City vs Atalanta

On November 6, Manchester City vs Atalanta were playing their second match in this year's Champions League, the first one was won by City 5-1, in their home. 

But when they visited Atalanta to Italy, they struggled to take the win.

In stats their were pretty much the same, with 8/10 shots (Atalanta/City), 12/11 faults, 41/59% possession, etc.

In goals, City began the match with an early goal by Sterling in the minute 7´, and it wasn't until minute 49´ that Atalanta tied the match with a goal of Pašalić. City had chances but they couldn't score, and surprisingly at minute    81´Claudio Bravo (the substitute goalkeeper) got a red card because a fault that he did outside the penalty box. Ederson (the first-choice goalkeeper) was injured, so Kyle Walker had to entered for  an another player of his team to be the goalkeeper for the last 12 minutes of the match. This is very rarely to see in football, and more in the Champions League. 

It was funny to see a non-goalkeeper, to goal-keep in a match. After this, the boring match turned interesting, and it was just watch and enjoy!

Why do Barça needs to win this Champions League?

Why do Barça needs to do to win the Champions?

First of all Barca is an incredible team and right now they are in the first place of their group.

Barca needs to be very well prepared physically and mentally to win the Champions League, it is very important that they have to be focused in the tournament and in the games so they win the Champions.

It is very important to them to win it because it have been already 4 years since they win their last one, so it is super important for them, to make history again.

In my opinion I think it would be very important to take Valverde out of the team so they have a better coach and to the players to be well prepared, but if they dont take it out the players have to be confident of the trainer they have.

The Leverkusen Surprise

Leverkusen vs Atletico Madrid

In the last game of  Leverkusen they surprisingly won against Atletico de Madrid with a score of 2-1.

Leverkusen had lost all three of their previous outings in the competition this term, but this game was the final one were they showed they have a level to be in the UEFA Champions League

Who can win the Champions League?

This season there are many teams that are favorites candidates to win the Champions League, in first place is Liverpool that the previous season won it. 

In second place there is Manchester City that all seasons are a candidate to win it, because their team is often in the first places of the competitions they play, is always strong, and the last Champions they didn't pass to semi finals by a miracle of Tottenham. 

And in third place, Ajax, they got until the semi finals the previous Champions League by being disqualifies by a miracle of Tottenham in the last minutes. They are a young team, and have too much potential despite they sold 2 of their best players.

Bayern won against Olympiacos 2-0 in their stadium (Allianz Arena) on November 6. 

The stats were all in favor the German club, they had 27 shots and just made 2 goals, in their second match against the Greek club, that its doing very bad this Champions League.

Olympiacos suffered a lot, and could have been humiliating for them, but they were lucky and just conceded 2 goals in an away loss. They didn't have a single shot to goal in all 94 minutes of the match. 

Bayern is on top of the table with 12 points, and Olympiacos is all the way down, last of the table with just 1 single point.

Valencia C.F got away with a win against Lille in Mestalla (Valencia´s Stadium).

They won 4-1, in a second-half comeback, with a penalty by Parejo, an own goal of Lille, an absolutely rocket from Kondogbia and a last minute goal of Ferran Torres.

Valencia made its revenge of the first match where they draw against Lille 1-1 in a last minute equalizer of Konate (Lille), to take 2 key points away from Valencia. They destroyed Lille being local, in a match that at first seemed to be won by the French club, but they woke up and got their revenge with a sweet taste.  

Chelsea and Valencia are tied at the top of the table with 7 points, and with 2 matches left to play.

HUMILIATION to REAL MADRID

Real Madrid vs PSG

PSG did not had mercy against Real Madrid and with 3 goals they destroyed Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League, Madrid had a terrible night the 18 of September in Paris, the city of PSG.

Angel Di Maria scored the first goal on the 14th minute and then the second one on the 33rd minute,  the last goal was scored by Thomas Meunier at the last minute of the match (90).

Real Madrid went back to the capital of Spain with heads down.

Its the first season in Champions League of this young player "Erling Braut Haaland". He is doing perfect; he already played 4 games and scored 7 goals, with just 19 years old this forward is proving he is one of the best ones. 

The Tottenham's Demolition

Tottenham had already played the 2 matches against Red Star Belgrade, and both matches were a total dominance of Tottenham above the Serbian club. 

They won the first match in London,  5-0 on October 22. And the second match in Serbia, 4-0 on November 6.

Both matches combined are 9-0 in favor of Tottenham, this were the best 6 points that Tottenham has won so far. With this 2 wins, Tottenham have overshadowed their bad results in the Champions League, the terrible loss against Bayern 2-7, and the draw 2-2 against Olympiacos that gave the only point gained by the greek club in this Champions League.

The Magical Late Goal

Juventus vs Lokomotiv

Juventus got in to the knock-out stages of the UEFA Champions League by winning 2-1, with an increadible goal of the brazilian Douglas Costa against Lokomotiv.

The brazilian made the goal at the minute 92!

The last tuesday 5th of November, Hakimi was on fire against Inter for an epic comeback in Dortmund´s house, Borussia Park.

Inter went to Dortmund focused in taking 3 key points for the classification to knock-out rounds. It started with 2 goals in the first half for Inter, that seemed like a victory for the    Italians. 

BUT, Hakimi went Messi mode by scoring 1 goal at the first 6 minutes of the second half, then he gave an assist to Brandt to tie the match at the 64´, and 13 minutes left to finish the match, Hakimi scored the winning goal by an assist of Sancho, to take the 3 points to themselves and win Man of the Match. 

Dortmund went crazy, and Hakimi had his night to shine.

Shaktar´s Miracle

Shaktar Donetsk vs Dinamo Zagreb

The past wednesday Dinamo Zagreb played against Shaktar. It was a really exciting game becuase in the minute 89´ the score was  3-1, the game was 10 vs. 10, Nikola Moro and Marlo were expelled; the ref added 9 extra minutes to the game and  Shaktar scored 2 goals more to take the draw.

Real Madrid vs Galatasaray

The young brazilian soccer player "Rodrygo" scored a perfect hat-trick against Galatasaray. The 18 years old player scored three goals, one with the head, another one with the left foot and the last one with the right foot. He is the youngest player to score a perfect hat-trick in the Champions League, the final score was 6-0 most partly because the great job and the assist of the 18 year old player, Rodrygo.

A game that had EVERYTHING, nothing is missing for this authentic spectacle of the 4th Champions League´s week, that was played at the Chelsea house, Stamford Bridge.

This Tuesday, November 5, Ajax was visiting Chelsea for the second match between them in this edition of the Champions League in what was going to be a great match wherever you see it.

The goals were: Abraham (OG) 2´ AJAX, Jorginho (P) 4´CHEL, Promes 20´AJAX, Kepa (OG) 35´AJAX, Van de Beek 55´AJAX, Azpilicueta 63´CHEL, Jorginho (P) 71´CHEL, James 74´CHEL.
